フレンチブルドッグ　♂　１歳　11キロ
フレンチに多い皮膚炎のケア、夏場はエアコンをかけるなど熱中症を予防する環境整備は必須です。物音に反応してけっこう吠えますし、お散歩はかなり引っ張ります。興奮すると思いっきり飛びついて甘噛みしますので、高齢の方や小さいお子さんがいるご家庭には向きません。

Lucy's a pistol - she is a dominant girl, and she will quickly take advantage of a person who allows her to set the rules.
Lucy is a high-energy Frenchie. She is a very funny, playful girl, and she loves interacting with people. She must have exercise, and a good deal of it. She requires a minimum of one long (45 minutes or more) walk per day, plus at least 3 play sessions of fetch.
One of our volunteers described her foster dog as a "Jack Russell in a Frenchie suit!" and we think that is an apt description of Lucy, as well.

「こういうキャラクターは本来のフレンチブルドッグのものではない」、「しつけで何とかなるんじゃないか」、という意見はあるかもしれません。
でも、こういう子がこの犬種に一定の割合でいることは確かなようです。
レスキュー団体のページで見かけるたびに、ついうちの犬と重ねあわせてしまいます。
ボランティアさんにはただ頭が下がります。
